Arriving

Please ensure you arrive 15 minutes early for your facial, body and massage treatments to allow enough time for check in, use of the restroom and filling out any necessary forms. We respect your time and want every minute spent here to be enjoyable, but arriving late will only diminish your session time. Out of respect to all our clients, each session will finish precisely at the scheduled time. Please call us at 647.946.2020 during regular business hours if you have any questions or concerns you’d like to discuss.

Cancellations

If you require a cancellation, please call us at 647-946-2020 at least 24-48 hours in advance. In order to hold your appointment, we often turn away other clients. Therefore, any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows, will result in full charges on your credit card, or the equivalent deductions from gift certificates. For groups of 3 or more, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations. Regretfully, we are unable to make any exceptions to our 24 hour cancellation policy as our treatment specialists are booked specifically for each appointment.
